Thanks Engel..night night...I updated as you suggested ran the new version & there is NO difference in the log files.

Oh, I've run check disc...and no errors are indicated. I should add when I googled on this..it listed 3 potential problems 1. Video card 2. Bad stick of RAM 3. Modem problems Now I can elimate #3...as far as #1...no other indcations of Video card failing...no weirdness or blackouts during daily use....#2. Last I looked the puter was recognizing all 2gig of RAM(not sure what else to do with checking 1 or 2). I appreciate everyones input! Thank you all once again :)
