Morph Manager can be a bit buggy. I think you have to open a pose file first. Any pose file, it doesn't matter. Then you open the donor CR2 on one side, and the recepient CR2 on the other.

Transferring morphs is a pain. You have transfer them for each body part, as well as for the full body.

You don't have to do them for each pose. If the clothing is conformed to Carla, it should move with her. It just won't fit her. If the bikini stays where it is when Carla moves, either it's not conformed to her, or it wasn't made to fit her.
