I assume that you don't have a MAT file for the texture to make it easier? In that case, assigning a texture manually goes like this: Select the body part in question. In the material window, click on the connection for Diffuse_Color and "pull" out a line to create a new node. Select "Image Map". An Image Map node appears, but with no texture loaded. Click on "None" beside the text "Image_Source". From there, you can browse to your texture. If it's already loaded somewhere else in the scene, you will find it in the drop down menu. Make a connection from "Specular Color" to the new node as well. Specular color is usually black (unless you want a really shiny look), so you might want to make sure it's black, sometimes it loads as white per default. You need to repeat this for every body part, but you can copy and paste the node to make it easier. Also make sure that the head and body textures goes on the appropriate parts! V3 with a nose on her belly might look fun, but I suspect it's not what you are after ;-)
