M3 and the Freak are both Unimesh figures grouped in the M3 manner. They take the same textures, they don't take the same clothing. Morphs for one can be transfered to the other using Morphmanager. V3, SP3, She-Freak, and David are also Unimesh figures but are grouped in the V3 manner. V3 morphs will not work on M3 or the Freak, and vice versa. All Unimesh figures can take the same textures, although there are very slight differences between the UV mapping between male and female figures.
