Ok sorry P5 has Judy and Don built in do you also have p4? You choose the part you want to move and use the dials to moved them up,down out or in. If you want to move the legs you need to make sure the IK (inverse Kenetics) is off first. You can take it off the figure by clicking on the figure menue at the top and scroll down to IK and uncheck the right and left legs. There are many free poses out there try searching here in the free section. I usally use them to start and then fine tune. Check out the tutorial sections here you should find a lot of help.
