George, you're describing an "Exquisite Corpse" type project, where each person in succession adds to a scene or image; that is one "type" of team project, and is very easy to do... I think what crisodian is suggesting is that we set up either permanent, per-project, or temporary teams of people who CAN easily share files (I guess that would have to be one criterion?), and who will be able to work together, at least to some extent... I think this was brought up once, and then discarded when the person who brought it up really WAS after setting up an EC... :-)
