load SP select the head click on spawn morph target and save the file to a library with a different name.

Load morph manager and load the new cr2 you made in the left and victoria 3 in the right. Select the morph from the stephanie figure and copy it to the victoria 3 and that should be all you need to do, remember and resave the victoria 3 with a new name just to be on the safe side.
