I have to point out though that the problem you've been having is not a problem with my product, which works as advertised. It's designed to add ERC to an existing cr2 file. It is not designed to make cr2 files, it isn't designed to edit or change joint parameters and it isn't designed to make conformers, any more than a power drill is designed to hammer in nails. As I said, I'm happy to give you a refund. I just don't want this to look to other people like the problem has something to do with my product, because it doesn't. In fact, the EasyPose you're using in that tail was originally set up by me with EasyPose Underground.
