You realise I'm now curious about just what you're doing. Incidentally, there were all sorts of odd-looking tank ideas floating around between the World Wars, and even into the early years of WW2. One or two companies tried to sell conversion kits for agricultural/industrial tractors, of the general sort made by Holt/Caterpillar, and the idea was revived in New Zealand in the early days of the war against Japan. The German tanks in the Indiana Jones movies may not be "real", but they're very much in the style of the times, and there were one or two obscure German designs in trials before the war, which only saw service in newsreels.
