The pic is of the Poser 5 Parameter Dials box. It looks slightly different in Poser 4, but the principle is the same. The area circled in red is where you click to copy and paste.

It will only work if the clothing has morphs to match the dress. It just copies the dial settings from one figure to another, it doesn't actually transfer any morphs.

Poser uses plain ol' text files for most things. After you copy the morph settings from the figure, you can paste them into a text program like Notepad if you want to see what they look like, or save them for later use. Or you can paste them directly onto another figure.
