Ok so far we've had 3 Ideas for a way to do this: 1. The "Exquisite Corpse" - One person would start a scene with 1 or 2 objects or whatever. Then they would upload it somewhere or email it to the next person and that person would add something, etc, etc till there was a finished scene. (GeorgeD's suggestion) 2. The "Team Play" - First We form a couple of teams within the Forum Members... but if you're on a team you MUST promise to do your work, if you can't commit don't join... Then we suggest Idea's for the scene/pic/whatever (e.g. Design a scene from Little Red Riding Hood, Design a scene that is within the theme of "The New Millenium" etc.) Thirdly each team member is assigned a job (e.g. You texture, you do the poser work, you design props, and you do the backround landscape/scene) and then we give a deadline for the whole project. The teams may assign a deadline for each part (e.g. by the 31st the poser work must be done so the landscaper can import the characters into the landscaping, and by the 4th the landscape must be done (with figures) so the texturer can get to work, etc.) (My Suggestion) 3. The "Triangle Challenge" - Person or Team A challenges Person or Team B to create a scene. Person or Team B challenges Person or Team C to populate said set. Person or Team C then sends the completed project back to Person or Team A for for post-render or adding props or whatever... (CharlieBrown and Crisodian's Suggestion) Now all we have to do is choose which one to use and flesh it out... -Soup
