I use Dial Cleaner on a scene that I have already saved. Outside of Poser before I load the Poser Pro, I load the scene into Dial Cleaner, it returns, "4,737 dials have been removed" or words to that effect and then I start Poser and load the scene. It doesn't show up with a lot of empty dials. IBP, don't use it tons but I have successfully run it on characters I've created and want to store in the library.
