MarianneR is correct. You must absolutely have downloaded and installed the following files: H.E.R. Base Geometry H.E.R. ProPack Poser Files H.E.R. Base Textures Be sure to Unzip to your Poser Directory...... For example-- C:Program Folders:CuriousLabs:Poser5 If you are using Winzip make sure that 'use folder names' is ticked..if using StuffIt am not sure what the equivelent is.
