Rebekah: You can't do that with StuffIt: It will overwrite your folders :(. It it necessary to move the files by hand or you can use "ditto". It is a Unix utility that kaveman wrote a wrapper for, so you can use drag'n'drop. It will not overwrite folders, but it will overwrite files with the same names.
