Not often enough to solve your problem, when you click on the tech support button select vue 4 professional (from the pulldown) and "an issue not listed here" (from the second pulldown). Ignore all the common solutions and click "continue to knowledge base" and do a search (for anything, it doesn't really matter). Once you get to the next screen ignore everything the search brought up and click on "contact a technician". This finally brings you to a form you can fill out, usually they answer the next day. I know, it's the most useless annoying system I've ever seen for getting an actual technician's help but it's what they've got.
