Ooh, reminds me of when the shower drain in my college apartment began belching nasty fluids and the management refused to send someone to fix it when we first went down because it was "outside hours". Something tells me the maintainence guy would have preferred to spend 10 minutes doing it at 9 PM to the 2 hours at 3 AM that he ended up spending when both our apartment and the one next door flooded.
