  1. Start a blank scene in Poser Load your figure(s) & pose them. 2. Switch to the material room. (Ctrl + U is the hot key to open up the Materials Room) 3. Pick the eye dropper tool. 4. Open the Library > Materials & choose one you want to apply the map to. 5. Click the plug (Root node) for diffuse color. 6. Select "New Node" > 2D Texture > Image Map (You can also choose the Material from at the top of the Shader Window) (The Triangle by Node Options) 7. On the Image Map Window, Click on "None" by image source. 8. Click "Browse". 9. Find your texture & select it. 10. Click "OK" on the Choose Texture box. 11. Be sure the diffuse color is solid white. 12. The diffuse value should be 1.000000 13. The rest of the colors should be solid black. 14. The other parameters should be 0.00 Tip: You can copy and paste nodes with a right click of the mouse. Tip: If you use the P4 Renderer be sure to put a check on "Use Texture Maps" FAQ: I can't see my texture until I render the scene. You can only see the textures in "Texture Shaded " view. Press Ctrl + 9 for this mode. The colors are off in my texture. The texture colors are effected by the color of the lights in your scene. Use white lights for better texture colors. Object colors effect the texture color. Be sure the diffuse color is solid white.
