Doc, Here is the latest incarnation of the smokehouse. All done in Poser using your tutorials, the magic box, truncated pyramid, 9 foot scale, and the short tutorial for making the ridge cap. The tin panel was made for me by TMGraphics. I had enough siding boards remaining from the real smokehouse to shoot some photos of them for textures for the model. Every board in this thing is an individual board. It's still a work in progress as there are a couple of small details I need to add (some corner boards and the stone foundation) but essentially, it's done. After I finish this, I'm going to try to recreate my grandfather's barn, which has long been gone (torn down many years ago when I was still a kid) but I do have some measurements of it and some photos.
