judyk i have checked for the NTDLL.dll and it is still there. I'm not sure if the file is corrupt or not yet. I have been to Daz and posted the errors i have been getting already and i haven't heard anything from them on it yet but no doubt i will. funny you mention that program i took a look at it today but wasn't sure if i should try it or not, i'm downloading it as i type this out :)
