Erm.. I'm on a P4 overheating laptop. I mean I have it put on a teflon thingie with 2 fans, and it still crashes. For my last render, I left it on the balcony overnight (-5 degree weather). Right now it's toasty on my wrists. All that said... autosave would be great, but it would kill the processor if you're trying to render and save a 250mb scene at the same time. drac
