Sounds like you have been "bitten". The perfect G won't help you with the tough sitting poses (I won't ), but there are a few morphs to be found to assist (I will) you in your posing. Maveris @ RDNA has a free sitting morph.... adp001 Here @ rendo has "unbelievable body" that has some sitting morphs in it.... These will not get you true human bends but will get you closer. After that, there are the magnets. Very effective but labor intensive. If you want more, a modeling prog like Zbrush will let you perfect those tough spots. Unfortunately, at this point the figure will be an object and will no longer be of much use for other renders. Postwork, of course to fix the minor render flaws... There are options like Maya but not everyone wants to create their own figure from the bones on up. It takes months of work. Bang for buck, you cannot beat what you have right now.
