I often have multiple runtimes.
- Run (uphill) to the pub: 1.5 mins. Have a beer or 2.
- Run back home (downhill, obviously): 1.0 mins. Eat hearty meal.
- Run (sort-of) back up to the pub: 2.5 mins (the last bit is usually more of a rather puffed jog than a run). Have some more beers.
- Stagger (not run) back home (anywhere between 3.5 mins & 2 hrs.. depends...).
- Run to the bathroom for much needed relief (hopefully less than 0.5 mins, else accident is likely).
- Crawl to bed....time here is totally dependent on whether or not I fall asleep before reaching bedroom.. anywhere between 0.5 secs and 8+ hrs...)
