I think I have a 14.4 modem around here somewhere... and that was blazingly fast for the time. I remember how to make ink using candle soot, so if civilization falls, I'll still be making art. However, this DSL line helps me to share it with more people. :) And I have to agree with bonni that a high speed connection doesn't always improve one's ability to sling words around correctly. Perhaps if kids had to chisel their letters in granite, they'd get the spelling perfected. Carolly
