I've had a problem only with the last lights in the set that the "delete lights" script won't work with. But to be fair I also have one light set that came with a hair prop (!!! Real) that won't respond to the script either. Both of these have a zillion lights, so perhaps it's the script pooping out when it reaches a certain number of lights to deal with (and not the lights at fault). Ockham would know better about this.
