fresh install DOESN'T erase your browser cache I had this same problem with another site a long time ago,... you have to find your browsers cache, preferances, anything to do with it.. (i do a full search for the product name and the MAKER! also) and throw it in the trash, then restart your computer... you can't just use the "clean/delete" inside the browser.. Since you're using opera i'm assuming you are on a mac... I haven't used it for some years since firefox/mozilla is free and just as good.. but that's all a personal choice, I do like the way opera looks these days.. are you using a G4? where you can start up in OS 9? see if it works with netscape? also.. make sure cookies are turned on 100%, no limits... there was something else but i can't remember what it was.. I can tell you it's on your end.. not thiers.. throw me the computer info and your network/IP setups and maybe It'll refresh my memory on exactly how i fixed it
Hexagon, Carrara, Sculptris, and recently Sketchup.
