Go to RuntimeDNA.com and download some of their free light sets. They're a good base to start with. Pay attention to how they are set up; you'll learn how to do it yourself.

What problems did you have with the pose? Did you have IK on?

It might help if you look at photos of people riding motorcycles, or even look at yourself in the mirror in as similar a pose as you can get. To my eye, her butt needs to be higher and further back. The shoulders should be more relaxed (lower). If her hands don't reach the handlebars in the new position, straighten her elbows and rotate her forward a bit.
