-Many people who do Obj models don't include an .mtl file, which makes it a pain when you go to import. The mtl file holds info on how the model should be mapped by the 3D app you're using.

-If you have an .mtl mat already for something else, when it calls for an .mtl, just rename 'any' mtl with the 'exact' name of the model, and then grab it from where ever you saved when it asks you to locate the .mtl.....should work no problems

-Are the shell textures .mat, or jpgs? If mat(preset file) you need to import the preset in materials lab, either into 'installed' or to 'user', if it's a jpg, you need to bring it in through the picture editor, like foleypro states.

And the B5 presets won't work in B4....

An obp is just a Beyce preset, unfortunately you can't tell by looking at it whether it's a B5 or B4 preset....

Do you need screen captures for reference?
