What's the concept? Is it meant to be a modern day Lady Godiva or something? Just curious, because it's pretty unusual to see a naked chick on a bike.... Or is she not naked and it's just the way the lights bleach the scene out? I agree with most of the techical stuff already mentioned, for what it's worth.
