lol, what a tangled religious background. In my family, as well, there's been a change in religion (on marriage) for the last 5 generations. Same would have held for me, 'ceptin I haven't any interest in religion. I have Irish Catholic, Northern Irish Presbyterian (of Scottish descent), Church of Ireland, French Catholic, Church of England in my immediate ancestors. Anglican, Protestant, Presbyterian, High Church, Low Church.....I can't tell the difference. Uncle a Protestant clergyman, great-uncle a Catholic priest. My mother was baptised as a Catholic, brought up as a Protestant when my grandmother got fed up with the Catholics (fiery French blood!) then married my father who was a Catholic. Is there anyone nowadays who isn't a mutt?
