Operaguy: That Python script compresses the files (recurses through subfolders too). Erasing the uncompressed ones is optional. There's a companion script that uncompresses everything and optionally erases the compressed files. Compressed files take a second or so longer to load (depends on the size). It's based on the default ZIP algorithm, so you can expect a size reduction of about 50%. Steven.
