I believe that the bug requiring Poser to be closed has been fixed. At any rate I load the pz3 file with the same figure in poser with both running and as I build and pose the figure I check it in Vue. If you make a change in Poser and save it and then switch to Vue it will notice the change and ask if you want to reload it say yes and it will go into the same location as before. This process makes it far easier to get what you want. In fact it is one of the best things about the Vue/Poser relationship.
