No problems with Paypal here, though since I'm in Europe it does come under European banking and privacy laws, for which they had to set up a distinct operation. Mathman, that piece about how the charge will appear on your bill: it's pretty routine, and is for information. It doesn't mean the payment has been confirmed or anything. Taking a printout of the page is a sensible precaution. I don't know where you are, but it sounds as though the payment is being processed from Australia -- timezone differences tend to be significant, as Carolly suggested.
