You can help out your eyes and lips by changing their glossiness... I'd put lips at around 80-85%? Play with it some... I'd put the eyes (iris, cornea, pupil) at 96-99%. Keeps 'em from getting washed out :) Lakys has an AWESOME tutorial at the Daz D|S forums with how all those settings work, I'd highly recommend it. (Oh, also change the lighting model on the eyes to "glossy" instead of "plastic", and change the lips to "skin", unless you want them really shiny).
