I'm not laughing because I don't believe that some governments are arrogant enough to think that they can make and possibly affect changes in the global wheather,.........what amuses me is that they think they may, in the end, be able to exert some form of control over the whole mess. I still love the line from Jurrasic Park "your scientist's were so busy figuring out if they could do it, they never even considered if they should do it". Human beings are the craziest people !
