'You know... this might be the beginning of a revolution!' Carolly, Much as I respect you and your opinion, I doubt that very much. This topic comes up with monotonous regularity about once every couple of months and nothing ever changes. The only way this is ever going to change is if the stores INSIST on properly named folders. Full Stop! The merchants who do this aren't going to suddenly stop of their own volition. They need to be FORCED into it. And the best way to make that happen would be for everyone to e-mail the stores and complain about it. Mind you, IMO, any merchant who uses these symbols needs their f*&%ing head looked at. Why do you need to be at the top of everyone's list? So they'll use your product? BS! They'll use your product if it's good, not because it's the first folder that opens. Although I broker through DAZ, I'm the first to agree that they bear a heavy responsibility for the diffusion of this ghastly practice. The staffer at DAZ who thought it up ought to have his hands cut off. But there's no reason for any DAZ-brokered product to use this system. Mine certainly don't. My library folders are named by product and geometries go in a sub-folder of my name. I'm no sucker for fame. I just want customers to be happy (and spend again!). mac
