Still say the only way to put a stop to it is, stop buying, start asking for refunds. Annoy them enough, they may put a stop to it. When it comes to free stuff, I am thankful enough that I even got to play with something, that I really don't care how they packed it, I'll figure it out myself, and put it where it needs to go. Just mark your calenders, we will be having this same discussion next year, same time, same place. But, I have such good experience now in reading and deciphering cr2's, hr's, pzs, pps, that maybe I should just pay them for a learning experience. You don't need a book to learn, just buy something.
