I also emailed Tom about how to use this information and he replied with the following, "The results for the calibration tab in ACR (Shadow Tint, Red Hue, Red Sat, ... Blue Sat.) should be generally useful for any shot you take except tungsten light. For tungsten light, you should probably shoot the target again under tungsten and create a calibration specifically for that light. The "adjust" tab settings (e.g. White balace, Exposure, etc.) are only applicable to that particular capture of the Macbeth chart and can be thrown away. You'll need to adjust these on an image-by-image basis for real shots you process in ACR." I then opened up a previous image....
