all they have to do is read the page before they download anything rena, if they cant comprehend what is written there thats not your fault?? youe directions are always very clear on the page on what needs to be done, in my opinion you do all you can do to make everything as clear as possible, and if some people cant read maybe they dont need to download the characters till they better understand what they need to do, dont let it get to you , your characters are great, so says me!!
