Youhave to make Pboost the active window first- Click on the Pboost icon on your task bar, Pboost should appear over Poser. Go to the catagory you want, find the item and select it. Then Click on Switch Banks. After switch, click anywhere in the Poser screen to make Poser active. Here's the only thing I found that you really have to watch out for- click on the category name that you switched, IE poses, and move the mouse curser back into the poser screen before clicking anything. Then click on the category name again and the banks should now be what you want.
