Hello Artistheat and welcome back. I'll see if I can help some here. 1. Don not know 2. go to 'edit' -> 'preference' on the directory tab select from the dropdown window "poser content directory" click 'ADD' and select the path to your Poser content. 3. when you go to add the hair figure make sure the model you want it to conform to is selected, it should automatically go into place. If that doesn't work they have a smart parent action in the scene sub windows, but I'm not sure how it works. 4. go to 'file' -> "save last render" and save in desired format. Hope this helps:) Stew
