I live in Denmark and have bought Vue without creditcard/paypal with no problems at all. I started by asking how it was done in the supportsection. Perhaps you can look it up there? If not I would suggest that you send an e-mail or IM to Steve Bell (I think that's the right name?) and he will probably find someone to help you ordering.
