I'm being a bit impatient with e-on I suppose, as its only been a few days since I sent the request, but they usually reply within 24 to 48 hours. Its just annoying that they say it is possible to order this way (bank transfer) and then don't provide the means or information to do it. I've also got a project due mid-march, so I'm under a bit of stress to get the software. :( Thanks.
