Can you get to your account page at e-on? Try going there. 2. In the "Registered Products" section, next to the small boxshot image of your registered product, can you see a link to the User Forums? (Only available for version 4 or up, older versions won't let you into the forums, it seems) Click this link. 3. Is your browser still going round in circles between secure/not secure? Try deleting your cookies, and if your using IE you may need to close and restart it. 4. Try steps 1 and 2 again. It seems e-on's website uses different cookies for the account page and the forums and it somehow confuses itself, for example if you have tried accessing the forums before having registered your product.
