Good manners are in short supply these days, sadly. I always feel that there's something dishonest about not crediting any help you receive in producing any work. It's a way of passing someone else's work off as your own, even if that's not the intention behind it. As for reading the blurb on gallery postings, I'm pretty sure some people don't even look at the pictures before they comment. "Fantastic work, a masterpiece, I love this picture!" Umm...what is it? I can't quite see for all the pixelation.
