i have no idea what the problem is really, i thought that maybe it's dependable on the browser, i have tried IE5.0, Netscape, Mozilla, Safari, Firefox on Mac OS X ... with Mozilla the mentioned pics look a bit dull in comparison with the other browsers, but not damaging I tried to get on with win2k and xp to see if there is some kind of a problem with that, with Firefox and IE6.0 on either OS, i didn't find anything on the images you specified i have both OS's emulated on my macintosh ya may have to do a hardware check, for maybe the graphic card-drivers may need an upgrade, other than that check with a scanner if there are changes in some of the system-files on your harddisk...
