Hi - First Philywebrider, I'm sorry but Digital River only processes order via online. If you're having specific problems, IM me and I'll work it through with you. One other important item regarding the Poser 6 Special Edition product................. .............the Shade 7 designer LE product that will be included WILL INCLUDE THE POSER 6 UPDATER for PoserFusion.
