Yep... I too have gone through the Redundancy Process. "Pay Me what I am worth !"...I screamed! Then I found My Pay Packet empty....and came to the realization that they were paying Me what I was worth...in their Eyes....nothing. Yep....one becomes just another Unit gone past the "Use By" Date.
