No worries on my time for these matters, really. I will however, be pretty sparse on the boards over the weekend, possibly some notes though. Then in the office on Monday.
I also have phone numbers for Digital Rivers Customer Service (finally). For Europe, the UK and Rest of World, they have one number located in the UK.

Please use their CS for order problems only. And those I have been in direct contact with via IM, please rest assure that I will continue to work the issue through with DR you have already communicated to me so you will not have to start from ground zero with a Digital River customer rep.
For those who we're taking care of for the $89 special upgrade, we'll continue to work with you directly on this to the point you can place your order properly with the coupon. And last, if you're not getting emails from us, please keep using the process of using our direct "contact Customer Service" form with the title "NOT RECEIVING CURIOUS LABS EMAIL".
