hey, Jordy! thanks for what you said! i'm not the kind of person who just runs away. conflict is a part of life, and i've found that you can't run away from it. if you try to, well, sooner or later it'll just catch up with you. i don't have a problem speaking my mind either during conflict. sometimes my mouth gets me in trouble though...always has...since i was a kid. at work, i'm the one who's always advocating for us "peons." I stand up for our rights and i stand up to those in authority when i feel like our rights are being stripped away. sometimes i can make a difference. sometimes i can't. i'm not usually someone who sits on the sidelines. i put on my helmet and get ready to be tackled!
