just reinstall the video drivers, mostly its a software problem on the computer as an experienced laptop repairman, which was my former job at the dutch army, i encountered several similar problems, and mostly it was the settings which needed to be fixed, or reset just go to settings>control panel>hardware or whatever you have there and reinstall the video drivers...
